We have seen leaked images of iPhone 5’s body parts before but now we have got the images of the new iPhone’s motherboard. A member of WeiPhone forums posted this image and is popular for posting legitimate motherboard/logicboard images. He also posted legitimate pictures of the Apple iPhone 4S motherboard before back in August 2011.
If the image is real, it may be taken from a prototype unit as there is no typical labeling noticed on the device. But we are still not sure if the iPhone 5 will be packed with a new A5-2 processor as the processor is not noticed in the leaked photos.

The SIM card slot that we found on the leaked images looks smaller than the ones in 4/4S. iDeviceGuys told 9to5Mac that they noticed more antenna connections on the images which means the new iPhone will be the first LTE smartphone from Apple.
The report also pointed that the battery connector includes five pins rather than four found in the iPhone 4S which means we can expect to see the rumored big battery in iPhone 5. The next generation iPhone is expected to be launched on September 21.
