Samsung’s Galaxy SIII was the smartphone hit of last year despite what Apple fans or superior iPhone sales will tell you. Basically the handset put Samsung at the top of the pile, and now the company will look to stay there with the Galaxy S IV, which is the most anticipated smartphone of the year.
Sources within Samsung have now put a date on when the S IV will launch, saying we can expect it on March 15th, which would be 8 weeks earlier than the launch date for the S III. If this date holds up then it means the rumours that the device will launch at the Mobile World Conference (MWC) this month could be wrong.
However, it could likely be the case that both of these rumours are right, and that the S IV will be announced at MWC and will begin rolling out to markets on the 15th March. The great news is that the Galaxy S IV is definitely coming soon, so we think these rumours can be believed to be accurate.
