YouTube introduces subscription channels

It has been coming for some time but today YouTube has finally gone down the paid subscription route by launching a program for paid subscriptions on selected channels. The move marks one of the biggest ever changes to the Google owned video streaming site.

Google updates iOS YouTube app with Send to TV

Google has updated its YouTube app for iOS devices today and has added a feature called “Send to TV” which is now available on the iPad, iPhone, and iPod Touch. Send TV allows a user to easily pair up their mobile device with a TV (from a list of select screens).
